House of Urban Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from House of Urban. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We do not provide returns labels unless the product is faulty/signed for as damaged.
Please return the product in its original condition, with all tags attached. We are not responsible for any damage to products that are returned.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed as a new order.
Exceptions to our Returns Policy
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bespoke & Customized items
- Perishable items
- Items that have been opened or used
International Returns
We do not accept returns from international customers. If you are an international customer and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to discuss your options.
