The system disarms when the supplied proximity tag is within the area of the vehicle. If the tag is not inside the vehicle when the customer is driving, the Global Telemetrics Control Centre will call to confirm the vehicle is safe.

We offer free shipping throughout the UK.
We aim to ship your order on the next working day. Orders are normally processed within 3 working days and dispatched via FedEx.
Large or bulky items (such as wheels) may be shipped on a pallet via a local supplier and can require additional handling time.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags.

We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
